You will need to compile and return a portfolio of documents that supports and verifies the education and experience requirements.

Your certification portfolio must contain:

a.. A Letter requesting evaluation of your education and experience for the purpose of award of a PVA or MVA  (The letter must be on your business letterhead and grant VACertification.com authority to contact references.)

b.. A personal Vitae or Chronological Resume (The vitae or chronological resume must be in-depth, as this is the basis for points awarded for experience.)

c.. Diplomas or graduation certificates for all education / professional development courses (College transcripts for those without degrees will be accepted and evaluated.)

d.. Copies of your Brainbench transcript.

e.. Three professional references (You must include name, address, and telephone number for each reference.)

f.. Your Business Card

g.. Your Email Address

h.. Your Website URL

An application fee of $75 USD is required. Fees are payable in US funds in the form of business check, cashier's check, credit card or money order. Please make your checks payable to VACertification.com. Your application fee must be received by VACertification.com before the evaluation process begins. The application fee is non-refundable.
