Virtual Assistants displaying the PVA or MVA certification on their website, office wall or business card are required to maintain a high level of personal conduct and ethics in their business practice.

PVAs and MVAs are expected to participate within the Virtual Assistant community and assist other VAs when called upon.

As practicing professionals within the industry we will:

  • Conduct all our business in a professional manner.

  • Guard the integrity of our clients' material.

  • Guard against a conflict of interest between clients.

  • If the appearance of a conflict of interest occurs, then notify each client affected and recommend another VA to handle one of the clients.

  • Understand the word 'confidentiality', and practice this with all clients' work.

  • Take on only work you are qualified to perform well.
Be honest and straightforward with our clients and VAs
    within the community.

  • Assist other VAs in the practice of Virtual Assisting, helping them grow as a vital part of our industry.
